If you are having problems with the course or any quizzes in the course you may need to switch to a larger device (i.e. a laptop or desktop as opposed to a mobile phone or tablet) and use Chrome or Firefox as your browser. We also recommend reviewing the section leading up the quiz and then retaking the quiz. Please keep in mind that your answers may be highlighted green but this will not necessarily mean that they are correct. When you are able to move forward the arrow in the lower left hand corner of your course will turn green and you will be able to move to the next section.
